We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, drive team performance, and ensure a safe, efficient, and accurate dispatch function.

What you’ll be doing:
Oversee daily warehouse operations across receiving, replenishment, pick/pack, dispatch and stock control
Lead, coach and roster a small team to hit service levels and KPIs
Maintain high standards of accuracy, presentation, safety and on-time dispatch
Coordinate with customer service, planning and transport carriers to resolve issues quickly
Oversee stock counts and investigations to maintain inventory accuracy
Drive continuous improvement across warehouse layout, processes, scanning and productivity
Maintain a general understanding of health and safety requirements

What we’re looking for:




5+ years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor / 2IC / Team Leader within a medium sized business
Strong people leadership skills including coaching, performance management and onboarding
Solid understanding of WMS/RF scanning, pick methodologies and warehouse metrics
Current forklift and driver’s license
A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail
Someone confident in having difficult conversations
