About the role The Next Generations Pastor will provide spiritual, pastoral, and administrative leadership to the Children and Youth Ministry at Highfields Church of Christ. This role will involve developing and implementing programs that engage children and youth in their faith journey, fostering a sense of belonging and community.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the Children and Youth Ministry - Develop and implement engaging programs and activities - Provide pastoral care and support to children, youth, and their families - Collaborate with church leadership and volunteers to create a vibrant ministry

Qualifications: - A robust personal faith and commitment to the mission of the church - Experience in children and youth ministry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a team
