About the Role
Working within the local region, you'll enjoy plenty of variety maintaining and repairing a diverse range of trucks, plant and heavy machinery. We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Mechanical aptitude and strong interest in machinery
Experience servicing and maintaining plant, machinery or diesel vehicles
Fault finding and diagnostic skills
Preventative maintenance experience
Ability to dismantle, repair and reassemble mechanical components
Record keeping and attention to maintenance schedules
White Card and Driver's Licence

The successful candidate will have experience working on heavy machinery,

Applications are encouraged from qualified mechanics as well as 3rd and 4th year apprentices with experience working on plant, diesel or heavy equipment.

About You:
Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic or 3rd/4th Year Apprentice
Experience servicing and maintaining plant, machinery, heavy vehicles or equipment
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to dismantle, repair and reassemble mechanical components
Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
Reliable, safety-focused and proactive
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
Physically fit and able to work in a hands-on environment
Robust communication skills
White Card and current Driver's Licence
Willingness to learn and develop skills
