Job Description

Iris Hotels is seeking a passionate Full Time Operations Manager located at Mercure Alice Springs Resort in Alice Springs, NT.
Oversee day-to-day operations across all areas of the hotel, including Front Office, Reservations, Night Audit, Housekeeping to ensure that standards are maintained in these areas.
Lead and mentor FO team to achieve business goals and uphold service excellence.
Collaborate closely with the General Manager to implement strategies for revenue growth and cost control.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Monitor and manage budgets, stock, and operational expenses.
Act as a leader during peak service times, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

Salary Range $83,000 - $85,000
