What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of the branch by:
Supporting the Branch Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
Driving a customer-first culture and ensuring consistently exceptional service
Building robust relationships with trade, contractor and commercial customers
Supporting branch sales growth, profitability and key performance outcomes
Overseeing daily branch operations, including inventory, compliance, safety and presentation
Leading by example on the counter, in the warehouse and with customers
Stepping up to manage the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence
