The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

Ability to demonstrate McDonald's KPI historical results / performance Shift Management including training

Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant within Shift Supervisor / Manager Responsibilities.

Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work.
n
Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures
n
Oversee and manage staff, with selected Department responsibilities
n
Ability to achieve financial budgets.
n
Maintain WH&S; standards and cleanliness within the restauran
n
Ensure security is strictly always adhered to.
n
Restaurant Managers with a minimum of 5 years experience
