The Role

Toll Recruit are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Ingleburn. Our client's warehouse transports products for their high-end retail customers, from clothing and shampoo to energy products such as heat pumps. The role requires someone to complete office duties as well as hands-on duties on the warehouse floor.

This is an ongoing casual position currently offering shifts Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the transport industry, and outstanding customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
Customer service/provide customer updates
Update spreadsheets / data entry
Liaise with the Operations team on the floor
Scanning freight and products

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience: administration, warehousing and logistics, customer service
Technical Skills: Robust computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with Cargowise or WMS
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external customers
Attention to Detail:



Robust organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
