Talenza has been exclusively engaged by a leading Financial Services organisation to appoint an experienced Delivery Lead to drive delivery of a strategic customer portal as part of a broader digital transformation.

The programme is entering a critical phase - with core build underway, the focus now turns to execution rigour, stakeholder alignment and delivering a high-quality, customer-facing platform into production.

This is a highly visible, business-critical initiative.

The Prospect

You will lead a cross-functional software team of 10+ (Engineers, BA, QA, UX) delivering a modern customer portal designed to enhance digital engagement, streamline customer interactions and improve operational efficiency.

Operating within a regulated Financial Services environment, you will bring structure, clarity and momentum to delivery while balancing technical execution with commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a software delivery team of 10+
Drive sprint cadence, release planning and delivery governance




Partner with Product, Technology and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment
Manage RAID, interdependencies and delivery risk
Oversee integration with core systems and backend platforms
Provide structured reporting to senior leadership and steering forums
Ensure business readiness and controlled production deployment

Key Experience Required
Proven experience leading software teams in complex environments
Delivery of customer-facing digital platforms or portals
Strong Agile delivery background (Scrum / Protected / hybrid models)
Experience within Financial Services or other regulated industries
Strong governance, risk and stakeholder management capability
Demonstrated ability to stabilise and land delivery during critical programme phases
