Essential criteria

n

Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 2 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.
n
Salesforce product knowledge, and a robust understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
n
Experience in Data Loader, Service Cloud and other salesforce tools.
n
Experience of working with cross-functional teams and vendor partners for troubleshooting and incident resolution.
n
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
n
Robust documentation and technical skills.
n

Desirable criteria

n

n




ITIL Foundation Certification and experience.
n
Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
n
Solid understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
n
Comfortable with recent ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
