About the Role
n
Hall Chadwick Melbourne is a leading mid-tier accounting firm, supporting a diverse range of clients across Australia and internationally.
n
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Services Co-ordinator to join our team on a part time basis. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll services across a portfolio of clients, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time while providing a high standard of client service.
n
Accountabilities for the position include:
n
n
Assisting with the onboarding process for new payroll clients
n
Setting up new employees, ensuring all components are complete such as TFN, Super, and Employment Contracts
n
Entering the monthly data including leave maintenance and generating reports
n
Preparing and lodging payroll taxes
n
Preparing the monthly IAS
n
Setting upWorkCoverpolicies where required
n
Processing Superannuation lodgements
n
Assisting with EOM and EOFY reporting
n
Attending to Payroll queries
n
Knowledge of general payroll legislation (including Superannuation, payroll tax, STP)
n
Previous experience in high volume end-to-end payroll processing, including terminations, redundancies, EOM/EOFY reporting, Workers Compensation, LSL
n
Experience processing multiple payrolls.
n
Experience in HR3 (preferred)
n
Competent using Microsoft Word and Excel
n
Strong numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
n
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
n
The ability to manage own time to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
n
A desire and ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team.
n
