Our client is a well-known Australian-owned insurance building specialist and is looking for a Residential Supervisor to manage insurance repair projects across Brisbane.

The Role:
Oversee minor building projects including patching, paint touch-ups, and general repairs
Coordinate trades and manage small projects from start to finish
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control




Liaise with clients and stakeholders
Support business growth and team development

About You:
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
Trade or building background — builders strongly encouraged to apply
Experience supervising or managing multi-trade projects
Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and WHS
Comfortable using project management or estimating systems

Experience in residential renovations, maintenance, estimating, scheduling, QA, and budget management will be highly regarded.
