Our Client is a long-standing, award-winning luxury residential & commercial builder based in Melbourne. They have a Mansfield project about to hit delivery, so are looking for a local resource to manage site operations.

The role will be closely mentored by the Director and oversee all aspects of delivery and other coordination aspects.

We are looking for someone from a carpentry background, as there will be some 'on-the-tools' work required. Previous supervisory experience will be viewed favourably.

Open to candidates interested in either permanent/ongoing employment or fixed-term/contract roles. Salary will be adaptable depending on previous experience (range $130,000 - $160,000 + super)
