The Role
The role works across a large food portfolio, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive value, manage risk, and shape category strategy at scale.

What you'll be doing:
Lead end-to-end sourcing strategy across a portfolio of food categories
Run supplier negotiations and manage key vendor relationships
Develop and execute category plans aligned to business objectives
Analyse market trends, cost drivers, and supply risk
Partner with internal stakeholders (Ops, Finance, Quality) to align sourcing with business needs
Drive continuous improvement and cost-out initiatives across the supply base

What you'll bring:
Proven experience in strategic sourcing / category management within food sourcing




Ideally experience gained from large corporates
Solid negotiation skills and commercial acumen
Comfortable working at pace in a large, complex organisation
Available for a contract engagement
