Role 1: Appointment Setter

Perfect for beginners or early-stage salespeople.

You will:
Call cold and warm leads
Start conversations with business owners
Book quality appointments for closers
Train daily and build real sales skills

We’re looking for people who are:
Accountable
Coachable
Willing to learn
Comfortable on the phone (or willing to become)

Some sales experience helps, but it’s not required.

Google Ads
Digital marketing services

Role 2: Digital Sales Representative

For experienced closers who want more than just pressure and scripts.

You will:
Run presentations with decision-makers
Close marketing management packages
Work booked appointments and self-generated leads
Use our elite lead system to find robust prospects
Cold call when needed

We’re looking for people who:
Have at least 2 years of sales experience
Ideally have sold digital marketing
Are accountable and self-driven
Fit into a startup culture

What you get:
Base salary + uncapped commissions
Strong lead systems already running
Freedom to perform without micromanagement
Real progression into Team Leader or Sales Manager in 6–12 months
