As part of its growing kitchen team, Bayti is seeking Cooks who are passionate about food, maintain high standards of preparation and presentation, and can contribute to a fast‐paced, professional kitchen environment.

Salary: $78,000 - $83,000 AUD

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Lebanese and Middle Eastern dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
n
Ensure all food is prepared,



cooked, and presented to a consistently high standard.
n
Maintain food quality, freshness, portion control, and presentation.
n
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
n
Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, storage, and kitchen organisation.
n
Monitor food supplies and minimise food wastage.
n
Work efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team to meet service requirements.
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
n
Assist with menu preparation and contribute to maintaining consistent kitchen standards.

Skills & Experience

n

n
At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
n
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
n
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
n
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
n
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support overall kitchen operations.
