Job Description
Accenture in Melbourne is seeking a Process Design Lead to design, standardize and mature ITIL-aligned ITSM processes across complex enterprise settings. You will lead the architecture of enterprise Service Design packages, defining acceptance criteria and transition frameworks for current and modified applications.
