Job Description

The Successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:

Responsible for interpreting construction drawings and specifications to determine installation procedures, material requirements, and project scope.

Performs general carpentry including cutting, assembling, joining, erecting, propping, securing, and re-sheeting timber structures, concrete formwork, and moulds in accordance with Australian building standards.

Skilled in selecting and assessing materials for quality, supervising and mentoring apprentice carpenters, and coordinating with project managers, tradespeople, suppliers, and production teams to ensure effective project delivery.
n
Participates in the setup of current projects, including mould assembly, formwork construction, production planning, and delivery scheduling while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.
n
Actively contributes to workplace training, continuous improvement initiatives, and promotes a robust quality and safety culture throughout all construction and precast operations.
