Job Description
Figtree Hotel in NSW is seeking an experienced Chef to join a rapid-paced kitchen team. You will work across multiple cuisines, delivering up-to-date, high-quality dishes with attention to presentation and hygiene.

The role requires reliable availability for a rotating Mon–Sun roster, about 38 hours weekly, and robust communication within a friendly team. Ideal candidates have at least three years in a qualified kitchen, trade qualifications or equivalent, and pride in grooming and presentation.
