We’re seeking a highly capable Engineer with Project, Design & Product Development capabilities to lead product development, mechanical design, testing and engineering projects from concept through to completion. This role blends true hands‑on technical work with strategic project oversight, offering variety, challenge and genuine impact.

About the Role:
You’ll manage full lifecycle product development — designing components, developing prototypes, conducting testing, analysing results and refining final solutions. Alongside this, you’ll coordinate engineering projects, ensure compliance with standards, prepare documentation and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & develop new products - improve existing systems
Deliver full lifecycle product development - concept to implementation
Conduct testing, validation & performance evaluation
Manage engineering projects, schedules, resources & reporting
Analyse data, troubleshoot issues & recommend improvements
Prepare technical documentation, drawings & reports
Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing & commercial teams

What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering




5+ years’ experience in mechanical engineering, development or projects
Strong CAD capability (Inventor, SolidWorks)
Experience with testing, validation & engineering analysis tools
Excellent communication, organisation & problem‑solving skills
Ability to work across multiple disciplines & manage competing priorities
Robust commercial awareness & customer‑focused mindset
Potential previous experience with industrial design
RPEQ registration would be beneficial
