Programmed is seeking an Operations & Growth Manager for a full time prospect based in Bibra Lake, servicing the Cockburn area. This is a genuine leadership role within one of Western Australia's fastest-growing battery recycling businesses, known for providing safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible battery collection solutions to businesses across Perth, the Southwest, and prominent mining companies.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys building relationships, improving systems, leading people, and driving business growth. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing daily operational activities while identifying and implementing strategies to expand our service footprint and enhance business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Leading, mentoring, and managing operations personnel to foster a high-performance, safety-focused culture.

Optimizing operational systems, workflows, and logistics to ensure protected,



compliant, and efficient battery collection services.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, mining partners, and key stakeholders across Perth and regional Western Australia.
n
Driving business growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities and supporting the expansion of our recycling services.
n
Ensuring adherence to all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations across all operations.

This position offers a competitive package including a salary of $120K plus superannuation, alongside a fully maintained vehicle.
