Job Description
Linktal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Commercial Manager for a tiling subcontractor specialising in high-rise residential and commercial projects across Australia. You will own estimating, job costing and project profitability, from tendering through to cost control, variations, progress claims and final reporting.

Responsibilities include preparing tenders, BOQs, managing budgets, margins and cash flow, and reporting P&L; to protect project profitability.
