Proclinical is seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability, facility operations, and continuous improvement within a regulated manufacturing workplace. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining production equipment, utilities, and facility systems to ensure protected, productive, and compliant operations. Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment.
n
Minimize downtime by supporting equipment reliability across operations.
n
Manage maintenance schedules, service records, and calibration activities.
n
Troubleshoot issues with electrical, mechanical, automation, and software-driven equipment.
n
Coordinate with external contractors and equipment service providers.
n
Support maintenance activities for HVAC systems, facilities,



and utility systems.
n
Assist with equipment qualification and validation processes.
n
Oversee spare parts inventory and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
n

Key Skills and Requirements:

n

n
Restricted QLD Electrical Licence.
n
Qualification or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
n
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, food, or FMCG industries.
n
Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical equipment.
n
Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices.
n
Knowledge of GMP quality systems, calibration, or validation processes is highly desirable.
n
Exposure to HVAC systems, utilities, cleanroom environments, or automated production equipment is advantageous.
n
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
