The Role
Based at a busy Gold Coast site on the afternoon shift, you'll lead a multi-line production floor, keeping things moving smoothly and efficiently while pitching in yourself and training your team as you go.

What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing the manufacturing and warehouse teams, leading by example
Actively contributing to production across all areas, not just directing it
Setting priorities and using your own initiative to keep things on track




Troubleshooting machinery issues, and liaising with technical support when a fix is beyond your reach
Training and supporting staff
Supporting your team through busy, high-pressure periods

About You
Robust initiative — you set priorities, you don't wait for them
Mechanically minded and confident troubleshooting equipment
Calm and effective under pressure
Hands-on by nature — happy to do the work, not just oversee it
Experience in manufacturing, apparel, or textiles is desirable but not essential
