Heartland Motors is expanding and we're looking for motivated, people-focused Sales Consultants to join our team in Chullora.

About the role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the purchase of a brand-current vehicle, delivering a high-quality experience from first enquiry through to delivery.

Your day-to-day will include:
Engaging customers face-to-face, online and over the phone
Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored vehicle solutions




Managing enquiries, test drives and follow-ups
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Maintaining accurate CRM and sales documentation
Delivering a consistent, professional customer experience

About you:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, motivated and customer-focused
Sales experience from any industry is welcome
Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
Able to work Saturdays (with Sundays + a weekday off)
