Job Description

Apollo Bay Hotel seeks a motivated Duty Manager to lead frontline teams across food, beverage, gaming and events on Victoria's iconic Great Ocean Road.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will oversee shifts, coaching staff, guest service, stock control, and day‐to‐day operations while driving training, rostering and performance management to meet targets. This rapid-paced role requires leadership, adaptable schedule including nights/weekends, and accommodation options.
