The Opportunity

n

A senior Partner is planning their succession over the coming years. This role is the entry point into that pathway: a Manager or Senior Manager who works directly alongside the Partner on their portfolio, builds deep client relationships, and progressively takes on greater ownership, with a genuine, structured route toward stepping into the Partner's shoes.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
Working closely with the Partner across a portfolio of UHNW clients
n
Leading complex tax advisory, structuring and estate planning work
n
Building direct client relationships, with a view to holding them independently over time
n




Reviewing and developing Seniors and Intermediates
n
Taking on progressively greater portfolio responsibility as the succession plan advances
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
CA or CPA qualification with strong technical grounding in private client or UHNW tax
n
Experience managing complex client relationships and delivering advisory, not just compliance
n
Genuine interest in a long-term path toward partnership
n
Solid communication skills and comfort working directly with clients and a Partner on sensitive matters
n
