The Role

This role offers the prospect to step into a key position within a growing Corporate/M&A; team, working on a mix of headline transactions and strategic advisory matters.

You will advise listed companies, financial sponsors and major private corporates, with exposure to:

Private and public M&A; transactions
n
Equity capital markets
n
Corporate governance and advisory
n
Regulatory matters, including ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act 2001
n

n

About You

You are a driven Corporate lawyer looking to take the next step in your career, with:

5+ years' PQE from a recognised corporate practice
n
Strong M&A; and ECM experience
n
Commercially astute, with a client-first mindset
n
The ability to manage transactions and competing deadlines
