With continued growth in Queensland, they are now seeking a talented Drafting Team Leader to take charge of their Brisbane drafting operations.

Your Role:

As Drafting Team Leader, you will manage a team of drafts people and coordinate project deliverables across multiple high-profile construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring exceptional Revit expertise, solid project scheduling skills, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of mechanical drafts people
n
Oversee and coordinate drafting output to meet project timelines
n
Create, review,



and manage Revit models and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
n
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
n
Develop and implement best-practice workflows and standards within the drafting team
n

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Proven experience as a senior draftsperson or drafting team leader in the mechanical/HVAC industry
n
Robust understanding of construction drawings, coordination, and services integration
n
Demonstrated project scheduling and delivery coordination skills
n
Excellent communication, time management, and team leadership abilities
