Job Description

Hume City Council, Broadmeadows Aquatic and Leisure Centre, Victoria, invites applications for a Team Leader Aquatic Operations on a 10-month fixed-term contract. The role oversees day-to-day aquatic operations, staff supervision, safety and water quality, and reporting to the Aquatic Services Coordinator.

You will lead Pool Lifeguards and Duty Supervisors, ensure compliance with RLSS guidelines, and deliver high-quality, secure experiences for residents and visitors.
