The Salvation Army is seeking a Case Manager for Foley House in Footscray, VIC. This fixed-term full time, in office role reports to the Homelessness Manager and supports residents facing homelessness and complex challenges. The position runs until December 2026, with compensation as per the SCHADS Award - Level 5.

You will work in a team-oriented team providing person-centred support to improve health, wellbeing and independence, ensuring dignity and positive outcomes for residents.
