Tracc Civil is an industry leading civil construction company based in Bibra Lake, Western Australia delivering high-quality projects across the Perth metro and SOR area.

We're looking for a skilled Civil Project Surveyor to join our tight-knit Survey team and play a key role in delivering accurate, productive and high-standard construction outcomes.

n

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced construction teams on diverse civil projects ranging in value up to $10M, using industry-leading survey equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete survey set-out and maintain accurate ground control
n
Prepare as-constructed documentation
n
Collaborate with Project Managers/Engineers to plan and prevent delays
n
Forecast survey requirements 1–2 weeks ahead
n
Liaise with authorities and licensed surveyors
n
Prioritise workloads and support Survey Assistants when needed
n

Key Requirements:

n

n
Surveying/engineering qualifications or strong industry experience
n
Experience in roadworks and drainage, including as-constructed drawings
n
White Card (or ability to obtain)
n
Valid Driver's Licence
n
Experience with Topcon survey equipment, Civil CAD, GPS and Magnet software highly regarded
n
Understanding of plant operations, construction methods, and HSEQ regulations an advantage
n
Basic computer skills, including email and organisational systems
n
Strong communication, problem-solving and plan interpretation skills
n
Ability to work both independently and within a team
n
