This is a family-run business with over 24 years of history in the local area. Despite being a smaller office, the team is stable, supportive and genuinely enjoys working together, with staff tenure ranging from 4 to 10 years.

The Role You will be responsible for:

n

This is a full end-to-end Property Management role, including:

n

n
Managing a portfolio of approximately 165 properties
n
End-to-end Property Management
n
Routine inspections and entry/exit condition reports
n
Arrears management
n
Maintenance coordination
n
Lease renewals and rent reviews
n
VCAT matters when required
n
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n

n
Minimum 1–2 years' Property Management experience
n
A current Agent's Representative Certificate
n
Strong end-to-end Property Management knowledge
n
Experience using PropertyMe and Inspection Express is highly regarded
n
Confidence managing VCAT matters
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
A positive, energetic and proactive attitude
n
The ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
n
