Job Description

ResourceCo in Melbourne is seeking a agile Health, Safety and Quality (HSQ) leader to guide and enhance the safety, quality, and environmental culture across the business. The role drives policy, systems development and continuous improvement to meet high operational standards.

The successful candidate will maintain ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 accreditations, oversee NHVR compliance, and lead governance and reporting to senior leadership. Robust stakeholder engagement is essential.
