Job Description

BravoFit is recruiting a Membership Services Representative for Springwood to deliver friendly, productive service to members and guests. You will handle inquiries, explain the Judgement Free Zone, tours, and memberships, and assist with front desk operations in a welcoming, inclusive gym workplace.

Successful candidates will have customer service experience, a Certificate 3 in Fitness, First Aid/CPR, WWC, and NPC clearance within 12 months.
