Job Description

Commerce is seeking a commercially minded Customer Success Manager to own a hybrid portfolio of named and scaled accounts, with direct accountability for Net Revenue Retention (NRR). You will drive onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion across both one-on-one and digital programs, aligning customer outcomes with revenue goals.

You'll build strategic success plans, manage renewal risk, and partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to scale programs and drive long-term customer value.
