Augello's Ristorante & Pizzeria is looking for an additional experienced Chef to join the team. You will be working within an energetic, friendly setting, with a dedicated Head Chef and team who are fun and treat each other like a big family. This is a unique chance for a professional chef looking to join the kitchen team and to enjoy the fast-paced environment this venue has to offer.

Minimum 3 years experience in a skilled environment
n
Experience in Italian cuisine is desirable
n
Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation
n
Must have minimum Cert IV qualification or trade experience equivalent
n
Adaptable and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
n
Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
n
Ability to manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service
n
Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality
n
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
n
Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices
n
Availability for rotating roster across Mon to Sun.
n
Job will require approx. 38 hrs per week.
