Ngare Employment Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a Men's Behaviour Change Program Lead to oversee the Darwin & Katherine MBCP, Co-responder model and related programs. You will lead staff, apply qualified practice, and coordinate with women's services to manage risk.

The role requires qualifications in Men’s Behaviour Change, solid team leadership, and familiarity with DFV frameworks and evidence-based therapies such as CBT/ACT/DBT, plus Motivational Interviewing.
