Job Description

Michael Hill is seeking a Payroll Compliance & Rostering Specialist to join our Brisbane Support Centre. You'll ensure payroll practices meet employment legislation, awards, and agreements while supporting rostering across our three-country retail network.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Store Leaders to minimise compliance risk, improve processes, and provide accurate workforce insights using ADP Payforce and Dayforce. This role offers versatile WFH/office arrangements.
