The Yiros Shop is seeking a passionate Retail Manager for our Southport location on the Gold Coast. This full time role (38 hours per week) leads restaurant operations, staff, sales and customer experience, ensuring high food safety and service standards in a quick-paced workplace.

You will manage a team, coordinate stock and purchasing, and work with the Assistant Restaurant Manager to hit sales targets and maintain regulatory compliance.
