The Role

Fetch Recruitment has partnered with a quality-focused building company delivering high-end residential projects, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and wants to be part of a great team. You will be working on leading architectural builds across Melbourne, continually learning and delivering award winning builds for our clients. No two days will be the same due to the nature and challenges these builds provide.

What You’ll Do:
Hands-on carpentry across all stages - framing to detailed finish
Work closely with supervisor and other trades




Read and interpret architectural plans and custom detailing
Deliver high end finish work
Be able to adapt to working in a team and on your own at times

What You’ll Need:
Cert III in Carpentry + minimum 3 years on high-end builds
Robust finishing skills and ability to interpret detail drawings
Proven leadership of small teams or as a leading hand
White Card, own tools, and reliable transport
Ability to liaise professionally with clients, architects & trades
Confident speaking with clients when visiting sites unannounced
