Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment.
Perform welding.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Provide local customer support as part of Crown Equipment Corporation’s global sales and service network.

Requirements
Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, valuable driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Technical school graduate preferred.
Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Welding experience.
Positive written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
Read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics
Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand.
