About the Role

We have partnered with a growing and highly regarded financial planning firm with offices across Queensland and New South Wales. Joining a cooperative and well-connected team, you’ll play a key role in supporting advisers, managing client relationships and assisting with advice implementation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CSO/CSM looking to join a reputable company with outstanding benefits or someone willing to take the next step, with a genuine pathway into Qualified Year and an Associate position within 12 months for the right candidate.

Duties include:
Manage client service and advice implementation
Assist with SOAs, ROAs and advice documentation
Liaise with clients and third-party providers
Support advisers with client meetings and ongoing requirements
Assist with basic paraplanning and workflow management

Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience in financial planning, CSO or paraplanning
Exposure to risk, SMSFs, trusts, businesses and complex structures
Strong understanding of SOA and ROA processes
Excellent organisation,



communication and attention to detail
Ambitious and motivated to progress into financial planning
