This isn’t your run-of-the-mill venue role. You’ll take full operational control of a high-performing site, leading a team of 30+ staff with energy, purpose, and visible floor presence.

Beyond managing day-to-day trade, service execution, and store culture, you’ll drive local area marketing and have direct involvement in upcoming recent site openings across Melbourne.

We're seeking leaders with 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager or Store Manager, ideally with a background in casual dining or QSR.
