This is a hands-on role working closely with the Director and wider team to oversee and continually improve business systems, processes and client experience. You will ensure the business operates efficiently and clients receive a skilled, well-managed experience throughout their build.

Key responsibilities
Manage and improve business systems, processes and workflows
Identify efficiencies and implement practical improvements
Develop and maintain procedures, templates and reporting
Improve information flow between administration, construction and management
Manage project documentation and internal processes
Coordinate client communication, meetings and project updates
Manage client follow-ups, decisions, approvals and variations
Liaise with clients, architects, consultants,



suppliers and the construction team
Identify opportunities for automation and technology to improve efficiency

About you
Highly organised, proactive and confident dealing with both clients and internal teams
Experience in a management role within residential construction or a similar project-based workplace is highly regarded
Solid systems, communication and problem-solving skills
