Salesforce Developer / Software Engineer (Contract) – NV1 Required
Location: Canberra (ACT) or Melbourne (VIC) | In office

About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Software Engineer to support the development and configuration of a Salesforce CRM environment in a rapid-paced delivery team. You’ll work under the direction of the Senior Salesforce Developer in an agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment, contributing to high-quality outcomes across configuration, development, and workflow automation.

Key responsibilities
Configure and enhance Salesforce CRM features to support business processes
Build and implement Salesforce Flows and workflow automation
Develop using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions
Support release planning and delivery, contributing to continuous improvement of tools/processes

Essential requirements
Current Salesforce certifications:
Platform Administrator
Platform App Builder
Platform Developer




Robust hands-on Salesforce platform experience: administration, development, configuration, and customisation
Proven delivery of Flows, Apex, and LWC in production environments
Demonstrated ability to engage business areas and automate processes on the platform
Experience working to agile software delivery practices

Desirable
Azure DevOps and/or Jira experience
Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud , OmniStudio , Service Cloud Voice
Additional certs (nice to have): Platform Developer II , Service Cloud Consultant , Experience Cloud Consultant
