ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities, or "villages" for remote workers, providing the essential comforts from a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear, to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.

The Role
Take charge of kitchen operations, ensuringhigh standardsof food quality, safety, and service.
Guide your team, develop menus, and create inclusive dining environments that support people working in remote areas.
Maximise stock utilisation andmaintaincost-effectiveoperations
Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to constantly improve day-today service

The Person
Have full working rights in Australia
Must hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
Proficient computer skills for planning and reporting
Able to passpre- employmentmedical, drug and alcohol screening,



and national police clearance
