Job Description

STAR Injury Management is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance program across Western Australia. You'll ensure our injury management and return-to-work services meet regulatory, contractual, and best-practice standards through auditing, monitoring, and reporting that drives real improvement.

This is a hands-on leadership role blending quality assurance with staff development, customer experience and relationship management support.
