Job Description

Preacta, based in Sydney, seeks the founding sales hire to own end-to-end, regulation-driven sales into HR, risk, compliance, and C-suite across mid-market Australia. You will build the initial motion, land your first deals, and set the foundation for growth and future leadership.

With an OTE of 250K and equity, you'll shape the sales function, drive 15K–40K ACV deals on a 2–3 month cycle, and move rapid in a high-growth RegTech startup.
