n The successful applicants will be given the necessary training and skills required to eventually progress into a management role, leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of their department.

Grocery and fresh food retail knowledge (desired but not essential)

Capable of leading and engaging a team

Ability to order and cost control

Ability to understanding gross profit calculations

Ability to create rosters

Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
