A property development company is seeking a full time Project Accountant.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in project cost control and analyse budgeted costs against actual costs;
Manage funding arrangements, cash flow forecasting and payment schedules;
Prepare management reports, project financial reports and investor-related materials;
Maintain an understanding of project progress, contracts, payment milestones and key business activities;
Communicate with project managers, builders, suppliers, banks and finance brokers, and assist in resolving finance-related and operational issues.

Requirements
Mandarin proficiency is an essential requirement.
Qualification in accounting, finance or a related field;
Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel;
Strong cost analysis, cash flow management and communication skills;
Detail-oriented, responsible and committed to delivering high-quality work;
Previous experience in construction, property development or project accounting is highly regarded.
